Danfoss Electric Expansion Valve ETS 6-10
ETS 6 is a compact and lightweight electric expansion valve. The current range is available with different capacities, and can be used with all common refrigerants (R410A, R407C, R404A, R134a, R22).
Bi-flow operation is also possible for heat pump systems. The valve design uses uni-polar drives, and different control solutions exist that are compatible with uni-polar drives.
The valve operation is by means of a uni-polar motor, which can be controlled by a number of controllers from Danfoss or third party vendors.
With a Danfoss EKD 316 and EIM 336 (current driver) and an AKS sensor, an accuracy better than +/-0.5 K can be obtained.
